Disaster Response Agent

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Must be able to pass comprehensive background check

• Must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks in challenging conditions • Available for 24/7 emergency response with ability to deploy rapidly

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in one or more of the following fields:

• Emergency Response

• Military Service

• Law Enforcement

• Fire/Rescue Operations

• Disaster Management

• Security Operations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds

• Capable of working in various weather conditions

• Standing/walking for extended periods

• Climbing, bending, and operating necessary equipment

• Swimming proficiency

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong decision-making capabilities under pressure

• Excellent team coordination and communication skills

• Proficiency with emergency response equipment

• Basic computer and documentation skills

• First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

• Knowledge of FEMA protocols and procedures

• Ability to follow strict safety protocols and procedures

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to undergo specialized training as needed

• Must maintain physical fitness standards

• Ability to wear protective equipment (PPE) when required

• Strong situational awareness

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
