Fugitive Recovery Agent

LICENSING & LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Valid state-issued Bail Enforcement Agent license/certification

• Legally authorized to carry firearms with current permits

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Must pass comprehensive background check

• No felony convictions

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record in one or more of the following fields:

• Law Enforcement

• Military Service

• Security Operations

• Fugitive Recovery (Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent physical condition and stamina

• Ability to perform in high-stress situations

• Capable of defensive tactics and restraint techniques

• Must pass physical fitness assessment

• Ability to lift/carry/drag 150+ pounds when necessary

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in surveillance techniques

• Strong investigative and skip-tracing abilities

• Excellence in conflict de-escalation

• Advanced defensive driving skills

• Expertise in safe apprehension techniques

• Proficiency with firearms and less-lethal weapons

• Strong knowledge of criminal justice system

• Excellent documentation and report writing skills

ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:

• Available 24/7 for time-sensitive operations

• Strong decision-making under pressure

• Excellent situational awareness

• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient with technology and tracking systems

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

• Bilingual capabilities preferred

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• Current firearms certification

• Valid CPR/First Aid certification

• OC Spray/Chemical Agents certification

• Less-lethal weapons certifications

• Defensive tactics certification
